On November 16, 2015 the FEMtech network initiative organized a lecture and a discussion about the changes in culture (transculturation) in the research organizations outside the universities.
Florian Holzinger (Joanneum Research) presented the results of the study of cultural changes with the focus on gender. Johannes Dollinger (IST-Austria), Simone Klein (Research Center Pharmaceutical Engineering), Silvia Miksch (CVAST - Laura Bassi Centre of Expertise), Martina Schraudner (Fraunhofer Gesellschaft) and Florian Holzinger presented their perspectives.
