On 13th and 14th December 2012, Prof. Silvia Miksch visited the VIS Institute (Visualization und Interactive Systems) at Stuttgart University in Germany.
In this visit, Prof. Miksch attended the PhD defense of Eng. Steffen Koch titled
Visual Search and Analysis of Documents in the Intellectual Property Domain
advised by Prof. Thomas Ertl, the head of Graphic-Interactive Systems department at the VIS Institute, with Prof. Miksch acting as the secondary advisor.
